Farewell To Spring (Clarkia amoena ssp. whitneyi) is a rare native annual herb that grows in Northern California, primarily in the North Coast, the Klamath Mountain Range and North Coast Range regions. It tends to grow in spring-moist, open places, at elevations from 0-2300 feet.
